The Dagenhart Way

Our Approach

With so much information readily available at our fingertips, it can be confusing what to expect from therapy and medication management for mental health.

At Dagenhart Health And Wellness, our staff's primary goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. Our providers are experienced in a broad range of mental health expertise and use a variety of therapeutic approaches to complement the unique needs of each individual.

Our Mission + Values

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive and integrated clinical services to promote the emotional and spiritual well-being of our community members.

That’s why we believe in, and are committed to the following values:

  • Integrity means being a person of high ethical and moral standards. We foster a culture of those standards that means our employees take their commitments seriously, are proactive when they don’t understand their responsibilities, and are accountable for their results. Good or bad. Our goal is to provide an open and positive environment that promotes strong and resilient teams to help meet the needs of our patients in the best way possible.

  • Transparency begins with open and honest communication. This isn’t just about price or cost of services. It’s also about understanding processes, access, results, and the sharing of information and knowledge so patients and their families can understand. Transparency allows for open communication and prevents misunderstandings. Our staff is trained to be open and approachable with our patients, other staff, and our community.

  • Honesty creates and fosters an environment of accountability and responsibility. Honesty promotes openness and leads to better communication and understanding.

  • Trust is an integral part of the clinician/patient relationship. It builds rapport and leads to better treatment outcomes. However, trust doesn’t stop there. Trust also extends to all staff at Dagenhart Health and Wellness and how everyone interacts with patients, other staff, and our community. We have established a set of expectations that all of our staff will follow to provide the best patient care and protect patient information and confidentiality.

  • Compassion involves both empathy and a desire to help. Empathy is the ability to understand another’s feelings and experiences. Desire takes it further by adding a willingness to take action to address the individual’s need in that moment. Our desire is to demonstrate a compassion that helps foster a person’s growth and development.

  • Everyone has a story and deserves to be acknowledged, seen, and heard. Respect is the foundation of excellent care by demonstrating sincere consideration for another’s interests and well-being.
