Your first visit
doesn’t have to be scary.

Knowing what to expect helps.

We believe that health comes from treating the whole person. Therefore, we seek to integrate emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions into the healing process. Although our clinicians have been trained in various methods of treatment approaches and techniques, we tailor treatment (both brief and long-term) to help meet your specific needs and not to a specific theoretical approach. Your provider will help guide you through the exploration of values, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings to promote increased awareness of self and a greater sense of well-being.

Appointment Times

  • Initial Consultations/Evaluations: 60 - 90 minutes

  • Medication Follow-Ups: 20-30 minutes

  • Individual/Family: 45-60 minutes

  • Marriage/Couples/Relationships: 60-90 minutes

These are approximate times. You and your provider may need less or more time depending on your specific needs.

If you are 10 minutes late for any appointment, your appointment time will be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled. If needed, requests for longer appointment times with your provider may occur.

Additional session times need to be discussed with your provider in order for time to be scheduled in advance.

NOTE: Additional fees may occur for longer appointment times and may not be covered by your insurance.
